Full Automatic Tire Changer

AU6, AU6B, AU7, AU8 is a new type of full automatic tire changer. This machine can operate the most modern tires and wheel rim, especially for the assembly and dismantle of flat tires with a breadth of 12.5"~22.5". Its upright post can be bent backwards to facilitate operators' fixation of tires. It possesses self-centering capacity, puffing of vacuum tires, a gas storing tank, a puffing control pedal on the front and a button which can effectively control the gas release of manometer. Users can also choose to install motorcar chucking fixture.

AU88 full automatic tire changer can operate the latest tires and wheel rim, especially for the assembly and dismantle of flat tires with a breadth of 12.5"~22.5". Its upright post can be bent backwards to facilitate operators' fixation of large and flat tires. It is equipped with a gas storing tank which can stabilize the working pressure. It also has an EGR control valve and pedal valve to control and facilitate the machine's operation. It possesses self-centering capacity, puffing of vacuum tires, a gas storing tank, a puffing control pedal on the front and a button which can effectively control the gas release of manometer.

AU9 full automatic tire changer can be applied to the installation and dismantle of aluminum alloy wheel rim with a wheel of 12"~26". The tire's width is within 13" and it is equipped with auxiliary arms (horizontal and vertical arms driven by machinery with an automatic self-centering device). The upright posts can be bent backwards with a quick device to facilitate the installation and dismantle of large, wide and flat tires. It is equipped with a gas storing tank which can stabilize the working pressure. It also has an EGR control valve and pedal valve to control and facilitate the machine's operation. The posts can be hoisted and lowered with a maximal distance of 159 mm. The auxiliary arms adopt two cylinders, which increase the strength of dismantling tires.
